o   Roasted Turkey is a good source of lean protein with vitamins and minerals.

o   Tomatoes have potassium, vitamins B and E.

o   Bacon & Peppered Bacon is ok to have in moderation as it increases cholesterol levels. So maybe ask for no bacon since turkey is a better leaner protein option.

o   Honey Mustard is a great dressing, but can be full of preservatives and sugars so maybe asking for olive oil or no dressing is a bit healthier.

o   Add a fresh apple as your side to get some fruit in.
