o   Choice of sauce cabernet reduction, mushroom cream sauce or coconut curry sauce. You may want to ask for no sauce are creamier sauces tend to be heavier and harder to digest.

o   Add ½ soup or ½ salad as your side

o   Roasted Turkey is a good source of lean protein with vitamins and minerals.

o   Baby Greens as shared above.

o   Tomatoes have potassium, vitamins B and E.

o   Bacon & Peppered Bacon is ok to have in moderation as it increases cholesterol levels. So maybe ask for no bacon since turkey is a better leaner protein option.

o   Honey Mustard is a great dressing, but can be full of preservatives and sugars so maybe asking for olive oil or no dressing is a bit healthier.

o   Add a fresh apple as your side to get some fruit in.
