Men’s Pac-12’s is in full swing in Federal Way, WA! Here at BWB we wrote a blog on all the top places to eat for athletes and coaches/fans wanting to eat healthy during the women’s championship last week, a great reference for healthy restaurant and order choices this week and for future meets, as well. Open to 10 p.m. Thursday and Sunday, and 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, Red Robin is an easy after finals spot to visit for a quick bite. Most of their food is pretty heavy, though it does offer some lighter options for those looking more nutritious options

A great lunch spot with some of the best fish and chips around! The perfect place to go if you are looking for a fun Pacific Northwest fish spot. Ivar’s offers a very limited menu, but it is worth the trip for some tasty fresh (and maybe fried) catches. We recommend:
